- You have to get a marriage license from Las Vegas or Nevada. You cannot legally get married in Las Vegas with out it.
- There is a fee for this marriage license so be prepared to pay it. The current rate is $77.00 for the marriage license.
- The process is easy for the license. No blood test is required, and marriage licenses are issued the same day as application. There is no waiting period. Your marriage license is good for one year from the date it was issued The license simply allows you to marry in the state of Nevada and its not proof of wedding.
